Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the Bot to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Bot or its systems
• Distributing malware or malicious content through the Bot
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with the Bot's normal operation

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Artem Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Artem Bot for users who violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Termination can be immediate and without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.
